PNRR, UPDATED AND EXPANDED THE ISTAT-RGS DASHBOARD
Istat and the State General Accounting Office have updated the dashboard that represents the integrated picture of the relationships between the measures provided for by the PNRR and contextual statistical indicators descriptive of the wide range of economic, social and environmental aspects on which the Plan's interventions are intended to affect, in line with the Sustainable Development Goals (Sustainable Development Goals, SDGs) of the 2030 Agenda.
Each measure of the NRRP was associated with one or more indicators, newly constructed or selected from those used for the monitoring of the SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals) or within the BES (Equitable and Sustainable Well-being) system. This allows the construction of an analytical framework for the evaluation of measures in the perspective of the 2030 Agenda.
In detail, 253 of the 285 sub-measures in which the six NRRP Missions are currently divided, representing a value of €184.5 billion (out of the total €191.5 billion allocated by the NRRP), have been associated with 86 Istat statistical indicators, of which 36 come from the existing SDGs framework, 30 from the BES framework and 20 newly introduced for the NRRP. In particular, with the update of the dashboard, 22 new indicators have been introduced, of which only two come from the BES and 20 are newly built. The new indicators cover a total of 27 measures and 52 sub-measures, enriching the information framework for the analysis and evaluation of the M1, M5 and M6 missions of the NRRP.
