I began working with F.D.T Consulting about a month ago, and from the very beginning, I knew the experience was going to be both educational and rewarding. Throughout the interview process, Francesco clearly communicated his enthusiasm for the company he has built. His pride and genuine excitement made it evident that everyone involved in the organization is passionate about the work they do and deeply invested in the company's

success. Being able to feel and witness that energy firsthand immediately drew me in and made me want to become part of the F.D.T team. During the interview process, it was also clear that this opportunity would be highly education-focused. Rather than simply

assigning tasks, Francesco emphasized growth, mentorship, and skill development.

Almost immediately after I joined, he began sending tailored training materials to my peer and me. We were first assessed to determine our existing strengths and areas for development so that the training program could be built upon the skills we already

possessed. I appreciated this individualized approach, as it demonstrated that the company values not only productivity but also continuous learning and professional development. In our first formal meeting, we dove into the logistics of the company and

gained a comprehensive overview of its operations. We learned how to navigate and utilize the accounting system that F.D.T uses to record transactions. This hands-on exposure to the company's database was incredibly valuable. It solidified the foundational knowledge I had previously gained in financial accounting courses and allowed me to see how those concepts are applied in a real-world business setting. Rather than working with

hypothetical examples, I was able to observe how actual financial data flows through a company's system. The most beneficial training exercise that we took part in has been

documenting invoices, which has proven to be an essential foundational step in understanding broader accounting practices. Recording invoices accurately requires attention to detail and a clear understanding of how transactions impact financial statements. Through this process, I have developed a deeper appreciation for the importance of organization and precision in maintaining financial records. Additionally, tracking invoices has helped me better understand the timeline of cash flows and how revenue and expenses are managed over time. Beyond the technical skills I have been

developing, this experience has strengthened my confidence and reinforced my interest in the field of accounting and consulting. The structured training, combined with practical application, has allowed me to connect theory with practice in a meaningful way. Working in an environment that prioritizes mentorship and continuous improvement has made my first month at F.D.T Consulting both challenging and incredibly fulfilling. I am excited to continue building my skills, contributing to the team, and gaining further insight into how a successful consulting firm operates..

My experience at FDT Consulting Association has given me a clearer understanding of what consulting truly involves. Over the past couple of weeks, I have come to learn and appreciate the fact that advisory work is not only technical, but it is also focused on problem-solving, trust building, and adaptability. One of the most impactful aspects of my internship has been the experience of observing client relationships and how they are managed from start to finish. The process does not simply just involve delivering answers. The consulting process also requires listening carefully and identifying the needs of each individual or business. During meetings, I have learned that asking the right questions is sometimes more important than coming up with a solution right away. Financial and taxation matters are often connected to strategic and operational decisions which impact a company and how someone may live their life.

Being present during ongoing client cases, I have gained insight in how the decisions of a business and individual is impacted by certain regulatory frameworks. Compliance requirements often intersect with financial planning, which emphasizes the responsibilities that companies face. I can now view taxation laws as a dynamic system that impacts risk management and strategic decisions of a company. This exposure has strengthened my analytical skills and ability to interpret financial discussions. In addition to observing consultations, I also contribute by organizing and summarizing information, as well as preparing internal documents. I have strengthened my critical thinking skills through my work of transforming detailed discussions into a structured format. I work hard to identify the key issues of a situation and clarify the next steps accurately. I have improved my attention to detail and precision in professional services. My experience at FDT Consulting Association has influenced my personal development along with technical learning. Through my experience, I have become more confident in professional settings and the importance of communication styles affecting outcomes. I have learned how credibility to navigate complex situations comes from composure and expertise. I strive to continue to develop the ability to remain clear and solution oriented under pressure.

Overall, my understanding of consulting and accounting as professional has expanded during my time at FDT Consulting. I have learned how interpersonal skills, analytical ability, and awareness result in effective work as an advisor. During my internship, each week seems to build on the last and I leave every experience with a stronger sense of direction regarding my career path.
