Bi-weekly, I have the opportunity to accompany Francesco to meetings held at FAO COOP. with clients has been an invaluable learning experience. I am able to observe how he structures conversations, asks targeted questions to better understand the client's situation, and explains complex financial or tax-related matters in a clear and accessible manner. His ability to balance technical precision with strong interpersonal communication has shown me the importance of both expertise and relationship-building in consulting. In addition to observing the client interactions, I gain significant exposure to Italian tax law through the conversations between Francesco and the clients.
